Cboe was looking to improve usage of their existing options education app. The existing process was very linear and lacked logic that didn't help users learn effectively. Users had no way of understanding progression or of how to efficiently and effectively navigate from topic to topic.
I developed a workflow that helped users determine their progress, earn rewards for successfully completing quizzes and effectively explore next topics related to what they were learning.

The client has increased their user base and overall user engagement of the app improved dramatically.
